Andrew M. Price, NP

Andrew Price, FNP-C, provides patient-focused, compassionate neurosurgical and neurovascular care with a focus on timely interventions, evidence-based practice, patient safety and comprehensive patient education. Nursing experiences at Level 1 trauma centers across the U.S. allow Andrew to deliver critical care for trauma, stroke and complex neurosurgical clients. In addition, Andrew served as an ECMO specialist in the neurotrauma ICU at a Pacific Northwest primary ECMO center to support high-acuity COVID-19 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Fascinated with the intricacies of the human brain and neurovascular system, he joins Dr. Ashish Sonig at Willis Knighton Neurovascular Neurosurgery.  

A board-certified nurse practitioner (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners), Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in Natchitoches. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at United States University in San Diego, California.

Andrew cherishes the memory of learning to play guitar with his father as a child. To this day, he enjoys playing guitar and keyboard when he’s away from the clinic. On occasion, you might even see him performing with various groups at live music venues around town. Andrew is a U.S. veteran.
